MySims belongs to one of the hottest games ever. I still remember my sleepless nights with the appearance of the first Sims. Oh, I love this game and these cute Sims. The following video game is created for the Nintendo Wii and it is based on The Sims series by Maxis. This game is more colourful, very bright and full of fun. The characters became more complicated. For those who are still speculating whether to play or not to play this version of the Sims, please, enjoy More My Sims reviews at TestFreaks.co.uk.

Disney To Release Ultimate Band, A Rockband Killer

Ultimate Band It looks like Disney decided that Harmonix and MTV wouldn’t be allowed to monopolize the multiple instrument video game experience. To make up for the the push to the side that both the Nintendo Wii and DS received when Rockband came out, Disney is releasing what they call “Ultimate Band” which is in development with Fall Line Studios currently. While Rockband provides an awesome gaming experience, “Ultimate Band” looks to offer a no peripherals solution for the same type of gaming experience. Most people seem to be concerned with previous Disney titles coming across as kid only; however the styling from the screen shots show “Ultimate Band” in a better light.

The only issue I see is the lame attempt to capitalize on the whole “band” title. The advertising for Rockband was so atrocious that Disney could simply put more money into advertising and named it something better (don’t ask me what). I really have faith that Disney won’t mess this up, as it’s definitely going to be a gold mine for them. I’m already in line waiting for it to be released.

On the Wii you’ll be using the Wii-mote a ‘chuck to play the different instruments. The DS version will rely on the screen, but will also allow you to write your own music. Sounds like Disney may have a Rockband Killer. All they’d have to do is actually release full albums like Harmonix has failed to deliver.

Spore Release Date Confirmed For September 7th 2008

I wish this was my planet! After all this time waiting to hear a solid release date, it looks like we can expect Spore to launch September 7th, 2008. Having been a fan of essentially every game that Will Wright has made, Spore has captivated my interest since the first time it was mentioned. Rarely have I had the patience to follow a game that is in production for the length that Spore has been. Finally it will all pay off. It’s only coming out for the PC, Mac, Nintendo DS, and Mobile Phones to start, which means I’ll either have to cave and buy it for the PC or wait until it’s Nintendo Wii launch. The point is that this game has finally set a launch date.

Spore allows you to create your own universe, starting at the molecular level. From there you evolve your spore into a full fledged civilization where your creations can take over the entire planet you created them on. If by chance the denizens of your fine planet decide that the rest of the world is theirs for the taking, then prepare for intergalactic travel as you come face to face with your friends creations. You have almost limitless ability to create whatever you want in Spore, making this by far the most comprehensive and impressive simulation.

Finally I can stop being so jealous of Robin Williams getting to play Spore last year at E3 and actually play the game myself!

Super Smash Bros. Brawl Baits You To Buy More Virtual Arcade Games

Super Smash Bros. With the release of the most anticipated Wii title of 2008 pushed back yet again, Nintendo clearly had to do something to prevent the few who clearly have no taste in video games from influencing Nintendo fanboys world wide. While not adding anything new directly to the game, it looks like Nintendo has opted to load any empty space that disc might have had with virtual arcade demos of your favorite Super Smash Bros. Brawl characters, and even the ones you didn’t care about.

The confirmed list on the Super Smash Bros. Brawl blog lists Ice Climber, Super Mario Bros., The Legend of Zelda, Kid Icarus, Kirby’s Adventure, Super Metroid and Star Fox 64 as some of the playable demos. While many could care less about Kid Icarus, it seems that there will be several more demos hidden on the disc when it finally launches on March 9th.

Although this game looks to be one of the biggest reasons to dust off your Nintendo Wii and join in to some serious online battles, you have to wonder if pushing the date back yet again will do damage to its sales. While it was initially slated to launch after the holiday season, it still would have made it’s mark while kids still had money in their pockets or their parents credit card bill hasn’t come in yet. I know I’ve already spent all the holiday money I had saved up, some of it even put aside for Super Smash Bros. Brawl, but I’ve since spent that money pre-ordering Duke Nukem Forever.
